How do we performed at Family Hospital?

The two procedures to remove the gallbladder are the open surgery and the most common procedure the laparoscopic surgery. In the laparoscopic surgery the surgeon makes two small incisions where the laparoscope instruments goes into and removes the gallbladder. The surgeon closes the two small incisions with stitches. The surgery requires general anesthesia for the patient.

4- When can I go back to work? It depends on your job. If you don’t have physical activity you can go back to work in few days. If you have an open surgery is within 4-5 weeks after the surgery.
