1. Request a Quote. Browse our website and contact us. You will automatically receive an email that will explain to you the next steps. A case manager will contact you within 24 hours to begin the approval.
2. Send Medical Records. You will automatically receive a link to fill out your medical questionnaire, and your case manager will likely request previous medical records, pictures or any other test that will relate to your final quote and details.
3. Approval and Itinerary Plan. Your case manager will send you “the final quote and detail” description of your travel trip.
4. The arrival. As a patient, we promise to provide round trip transportation from San Diego and Yuma, AZ and any área within 130 miles radius from Mexicali. The exact time of your consultation or surgery can change to our doctor’s schedule, but we will notify you in advance.
5. Recovery. Travel itinerary will consist of having you stay in the hospital or /and hotel, but this will depend on your particular surgical case and request.

The Ultrex AMS 700 - is the only 3-piece inflatable implant available in Mexico.
Our distributors personally fly from
Mexico City to our hospital to supervise the surgery in the operating room. If you
prefer to use a different implant let us know as the Ultrex AMS 700 can be a bit pricy. We can assist to find the right
implant, but it will have to be purchased in the United States by your urologist.

Ambicor Implant - The Ambicor Implant is the 2nd most popular and most effective type of implant in the market in Mexico. A 2-piece inflatable penile implant made by Boston Scientifics also available
Spectra- The Spectra, also by Boston Scientifics, is a concealable penile implant. It does not inflate or deflate. It is the recommended option for those on a lower budget.
After surgery Indications
An incision in the side of your penis is required, and the procedure only takes 45 minutes to be complete.
You should not expect to lose any sensation and the recovery takes only several weeks. You should be able
to go back to your normal sexual lifestyle and your surgeon will give you instructions as to how to use it and how
it works. The procedure is usually performed with blockage or general anesthesia. You should stay in the area
for approximately 3 recovery nights.

Day 1 - Pick up San Diego or Yuma. Pre Op testing and doctor consultation. Rest in hospital.
Day 2 - Surgery day, rest in the hospital
Day 3 - Patient eligible to go to a hotel
Day 4 - Extra hotel night

This information may vary depending on the circumstances so it is best given to you

surgeon. Complications are extremely rare. The Implant provider is in

You should wait for 3 months.
3. What happens after the surgery?
The implant remains semi-inflated, and after 6 weeks you can inflate the implant completely.
4. Will I have a normal feeling during intercourse after the surgery? The sensation is preserved. You will have a normal orgasm.
